Last week, The Guardian broke the news that the National Security Agency has been collecting data from the phone records and online activity of American citizens as part of a larger surveillance program. While this threw everyone for a loop, the NSA argues that these top secret programs are not [...]

Each and every one of the above would have been great……..way back when I went to
school, it was not much fun. The smug teachers were afraid to smile for fear of losing control of their class…….They were always stern, and almost unapproachable. Thank the Lord for changes there! We didn’t spend a lot of money
on “school supplies” — we bought essentials which may have been 4 things. No backpacks – no “start school year with everything new” — Yes, we got clothing and ONE pair of new shoes, and they were not Nike either!! I was a good student b/c I didn’t want to spend even one extra day in school…..I wanted OUT …..and to go to work, a very hard labor intensive job, which was still more fun than school!!
