The scientific research — at least when it comes to lab rats and mice — over the past few years has supported the idea that living on a diet that restricts calories can lead to longevity. But rats and mice only live a few years. This week we’re wondering if you think it’s worth severly restricting calories in the hopes of adding a few years to your life.

Would you ever try a long-term diet that restricts calories in an effort to add a few years to your life?
