A recent decision by Yahoo to change the work-from-home policy for its employees sparked a debate online about the best ways to keep workers happy and productive. The company decided that its telecommuting workers were missing out on the “serendipity” that comes from crossing co-workers in the hallway or at the printer. The CEO decided those happenstance meetings were too pivotal and important to the company. NPR’s Morning Edition covered the story, and this week we’re wondering what you think?
